The shower struggled to get hot quickly and lacked pressure. A coffee area in the corridor doesn't replace having coffee-making facilities right in your room. The fridge didn't chill effectively, leaving snack options limited.

Fabulous and delightful place to stay with very informative staff at the reception desk. A great selection of cheap food for meals. The best position: close to a railway station. Found in the safe area.

Good-sized and nice styled rooms with a bathroom, really lovely stay! Plenty of facilities such as: central heating, coffee/tea makers and television.

Every day, there was fresh cold water in the fridge and Nespresso for my coffee fix. The bed was really comfortable. Highly recommend the place for its excellent service and great location 😊

Yo, this place was solid. Room was comfy and super clean. They got this nice area with free coffee and snacks that's a lifesaver. And the hosts? Roberto and Alejandra, the sweetest, helped me with my bags. Location's on point, just a quick walk to everything. That external bathroom setup felt private too. Definitely coming back.

Staying here was fantastic! I was in Florence to explore the Galleria dell'Accademia and other attractions, and the location was perfect, just a short walk away from everything. I loved the cleanliness and comfort of the room, which was spacious enough for two. The powerful air conditioning really helped us cope with the heat, and having access to coffee, tea, and water in the corridor was a nice touch.

The shower was too tight for comfort!!! Navigating those 50 steps with luggage was a workout I didn't sign up for!!! Better soundproofing could really elevate the experience for light sleepers!!!

The stay featured an excellent location, with vibrant dining options just outside the door. The cleanliness of the room stood out, complemented by a powerful air conditioner that provided relief from the July heat. Access was challenging with about 50 steps to navigate, and the small refrigerator in the room was inadequate for storing any breakfast supplies. The absence of an in-room coffee maker could hinder morning routines.

The staff was super helpful, especially with our late arrival. The location was vibrant and made it easy to walk everywhere. We loved the coffee area too. It really started our mornings right!

Spacious room, friendly host, with Alejandra providing excellent local suggestions and complimentary coffee and tea, made mornings pleasant, all just a quick three-minute walk from the train station.
